oculi – un hub culturale per Milanino The historic water tower in Cusano Milanino, Italy's first garden city (1909), anchors an aging community. Its renovation creates a social "third place": ground-floor library, upper study rooms, rooftop belvedere, basement "library of things" with café (convertible to a 3x3 basketball court), and underground stages hosting up to 185 spectators. Trees are preserved; a spiral staircase unites the floors, opening the building to the public.
